- All items will be dispatched within 2 working days of placing an order using Royal Mail Special Delivery and UPS for items that are unsuitable for Royal Mail to handle. Postage and Packaging are provided to our customers free of charge. Items are packed with great care; however, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please contact us within 2 hours of receipt of the parcel. All goods are insured up to the value of £2,500 and are therefore covered until they are received by the customer. A receipt with full details of your purchase will be included in your parcel which clients may wish to use for insurance purposes.
Please note: you should notify us immediately of damaged goods. - Returns
- Clients have 10 days in which to return goods; please contact us as soon as you decided to return the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. All items should be returned to the following address in the same condition in which they were dispatched:
