A Fabulous Paul Storr Georgian Silver Entree Dish with a shell and foliate border on the base Dish. The Entree Dish has an impressive domed lid with a large handle in the shape of a bent branch and leaves. The Lid has a Crest engraved on the one side with the motto Recie et Suaviter (Straight and Sweet) The lid and base also have Anne Lyman engraved discreetly on each of them.
The arms are those of Stephens, of Froxfield, co Wilts, quartering what are possibly those of Lyne, although there are differences to the recorded version. One wonders if they were unofficial adopted by the Lymans as the name engraved on the rim of the cover.
